Client Background 

Muse of Media led the social media strategy and engagement efforts for Café 23 during its early development and incubation in the Lehigh Valley.

We supported Café 23’s early social media presence through strategic social media management, focusing on audience engagement, community growth, and platform consistency. With video content provided by Seymour Mac Productions, we helped boost visibility and build momentum during the café’s incubation phase.

RESULTS

This reel exceeded 11,000 views, with 5,587 accounts reached and nearly 90 percent of them being non-followers. That level of reach highlights the strength of our organic strategy in getting the content in front of new audiences. With 581 total interactions and 56 profile actions, the reel not only captured attention but also drove meaningful engagement and interest in the brand. These insights show that our organic strategy is successful in growing awareness and prompting action.
